The air-condition uncontrollable & we're freezing at night. The Coffee house service is very slow. Why do they have to make breakfast for us and not just display for us to take ourselves? RM6.00 is quite expensive for just a cup of tea or coffee and fried rice or fried mee or half boiled egg with toasted bread. Why the management must remind us about check out time as we already know it is before 12 pm? If we put down the bed from its position, we know to put it back. Why must we being reminded if we didn't put it back, the hotel management will charge us. Overall the hotel is suitable to stay for one night only. More than that is not suitable especially for families for than 10 pax. Hope the hotel management will improve their services from time to time. Thank you.
