Char Koay Teow or fried flat noodle is one of the Penang’s famous hawker food. It is hard to pick the best one but the stall inside Sunrise Coffee Shop is definitely among the best. It is run by one uncle and one auntie (I believe they are husband and wife). The uncle is in charge of frying and the auntie help around by taking order and serving the food. When the queue is long, the auntie will tell you that you have to wait before it is serve. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes. But at least it is serve in time as what the auntie promised.
