Located along Jalan Kampung Benggali at mainland Butterworth, Kim Seng Restaurant is crowded almost everyday during breakfast because it serves one of the best Koay Teow dish. The koay teow can be served either with soup or dry. Other than koay teow, you can include barbecue pork as side dishes.
