Kapitan Keling Mosque
Founded in 1801 by an Indian-Muslim merchant, Cauder Mydin Merican, this is one of the oldest mosques in Penang. It is crowned by distinctive black domes and has influences of Moorish architecture. Permission to enter must be obtained from mosque officials.
