The Kek Lok Si Temple remains the largest Buddhist temple complex in South East Asia. After walking through arcade of souvenir stalls, you will reach the Ban Po Thar, or Ten Thousand Buddhas Pagoda. This seven-storey pagoda has the influence of Chinese, Thai and Burmese architecture. The striking white statue of Kuan Yin, Goddess of Mercy, stands nearby.
