Unfortunately, I've seen quite a number of heavy vehicles were permitted to enter the bridge during the peak hours. Although there is one or two of Penang Bridge S/B staff suppose to monitor the traffic flow during this time, but they seem to turn a blind eye to these heavy vehicles. What is the use of having the staff there if they do not take any action to ensure heavy vehicles adhere to the rulings clearly put up on notice boards?? Please do not let this situation to persist as it reflects very badly on your company.
